All sales are final. Any novelty item that does not function as intended is eligible for our “No Dud Guarantee”. Please see celebrate.shop/guarantee to apply for a refund. You must submit an image of the defective item and proof of purchase. Permitted returns are accepted within 30 days. You will be refunded the value of the defective items but will be responsible for the shipping costs.

All apparel and promotional products sold on Celebrate.Shop are produced by printify.com. Printify is a print on demand company, all products are unique and produced per order. Returns or exchanges are not supported by Printify, Celebrate.Shop or TNT Fireworks if you ordered a wrong size, color, or simply don't like the product.

Once an order has been sent to the Print Provider, you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or you ordered the wrong size or color, Printify, Celebrate.Shop or TNT Fireworks are not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.

However, if there are any issues with the order, like a manufacturing error or printing issues, we can offer a replacement order free of charge.

We consistently strive to maintain the highest standard possible in quality and value regarding our products. It is seldom that an item will not perform as expected, but in the rare event that occurs, we are determined to make things right since customer service is our number one priority.

How To Claim a Refund

To obtain a refund for a non-performing item, you must have proof of purchase. All purchases should come with an emailed receipt. Please email a copy of your receipt to the following address. And, in order to process an accurate refund, we must know the exact name of each item that did not perform correctly. Also include a brief description of how the item failed to perform. All items must be used in accordance with all labeling instructions.
